Coffee Popsicles

Coffee Popsicles
It is warm outside what’s not better than a good simple popsicle.  How about a coffee popsicle?   The great thing about this coffee popsicle is that you can make it any flavor you want.  Are you a simple coffee and milk person?  Great that is your popsicle.  Want some hazelnut flavor then you might want to use the International Delight Hazelnut Flavor or choose from many other flavors.

I am a huge hazelnut flavor, not only do i just love simple hazelnuts but i love the color brown and everything about it.  I have even created a hazelnut pinterest board.  Here is everything from hazelnut spreads to hazelnut crackers.

If you are a fan of International Delight you can create your flavor profile here. They even have prizes you can win.  Check it out!

Coffee Popsicles

Yield: 8 popsicles

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Total Time: 24 hours

Ingredients:

1 cup black coffee, chilled
1 cup milk of your choice or a creamer flavor.
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/3 cup powdered sugar **

Directions:

** I would only use powdered sugar if you are using regular milk and want the popsicle sweet. If you are using a creamer do not use the powdered sugar or it will be too sweet.

Prepare your black coffee however you like, preferable a simple espresso and chill in the refrigerator until at least room temperature.

Mix all ingredients in a bowl well. You’ll have to wait for the powdered sugar to mix completely if you are using it.

Pour it into your molds!
